Low Pressure Poly Pipe SDR41
Low Pressure Poly pipe, previously called Flood Poly, is hugely popular for larger bore irrigation and drainage. Low pressure HDPE pipe has a rating of SDR41, which in PE100 gives it a PN4 rating. Available in sizes from 110mm up to 1200mm, SDR41 Poly has a reduced wall thickness for cost effectiveness and ease of installation. The benefits of low pressure poly, other than its low cost and ease of installation, is the ability for it to be manufactured in long lengths (12m and up to 20m), it's light weight, and its ability to be flexed along imperfect trenches.

Poly Pipe in Lengths
Matrix Piping can offer poly pipe in 6 metre and 12 metre lengths. On larger projects and for HDPE pipes that are 110mm diameter and over, we can also offer lengths up to 20 metres long.
Poly Pipe in Coils
Matrix Piping offer coils in polyethylene pipe sizes from 20mm up to 110mm diameter. Coils are also available for diameters 125mm, 140mm and 160mm, however we recommend that clients perform a full risk analysis and provide their installers with suitable uncoiling machinery. Standard lengths of coils vary from size to size, however common lengths available are 50, 100, 150 and 200 metres.
